Our client is looking to hire an OD professional with progressive experience as an HR business partner in large, multinational companies, where HR is known for best-in-class practices. Our client has an excellent compensation package budgeted for this role which will consist of a competitive base salary, dependent upon years of experience, and RSUs. This is an individual contributor role with many opportunities for growth as the company scales. They expect to grow the employee base to 400-500 in the foreseeable future. Their employee population in the US is currently small, as they have just entered the US market, but they already have a sizeable HR team which will play a key role in scaling and building out the business. The company has 30,000 employees globally, and an HR team of 2000, half of whom are full-time employees and half of whom are interns. Bearing in mind the Covid-19 pandemic that we're currently in the midst of, the individual hired will start in the local US office, either New York City or Los Angeles, and will only transfer to the international HQ when it is safe to do so. Our client is headquartered internationally and is looking for someone who would be comfortable living overseas for a period of 1 year for training and assimilation with the OD team, which is part of their Center of Excellence, before returning to the local regional office.
